many people afraid of death

if you have a lot, then maybe you fear losing it

The fear of death comes from the fear of the unknown since not anyone of us is sure what's gonna happen after that last breath. Sure death is unavoidable but what happens after death? Is there any scientific proof of reincarnation or the existence of heaven or hell? Death is an essential to the cycle of life and is not an evil. However, the subject of death involves a great amount of uncertainty that just the thought of it scares almost everyone excluding the suicidal of course.

Another reason why many fear death is because they are conscious that they are running out of time. Imagine playing a time-controlled game and you can't help but think about the time you have left. On topic, I leave you with this quote, "Death is more universal than life; everyone dies but not everyone lives."

Hi health, People fear the unknown, and no one really knows what happens after death. Many people say that they are sure that death is the end, others say it isn't. Some religions teach about a devil, and everlasting punishment in the fires of hell. This certainly does nothing to allay people's fears. I often think that death is like so many other things in life, it's thinking about it that's the most difficult. Perhaps when our time comes, we'll have no fear at all. Blessings.
