I disagree with some of this. And I've posted nice double standard lists about it. Basically with all of the items you posted, no matter which way a guy does it, its like a no-win situation a good number of times. I'll also add that there are some women who are guilty of the following (if tweaked a bit of course). Especially the last 4.

I agree with you many men are like that. It's almost like they are playing games with us when they say they are going to call or come over and visit and don't. It makes you wonder if we are wasting our time by playing their little games. I find it hard enough to trust men let alone try and play their games. If they want a relationship they just need to be theirselves and not be fake and most importantly not lie. It's things like that that make us not want the relationship.
