breast cancer ? Which are the features related with

My breast started to hurt me and in the zone in wich I feel the pain I have seen a red zone, like irritated.

according to the book i've read sometimes cancer become full blown w/o pain but sometimes there are. if u r not sure about the indication or symptom u have, better visit a doctor... do not delay. dont worry its curable much more if detected at early stage...
