What kills you the most?

hmmm...that's a good question...well, i can't really say. most days, i used my lovely machine from the time i wake up, say 9AM, to the time i sleep, like 12 mn. i just take my lunch break, and sometimes, an afternoon nap, so i dunno how to compute the time. but sometimes, i use it too much that i deliberately choose not to open my computer some days of the month. especially sunday. i let the machine rest, and my eyes and hands too. hehehe then i get some exercise. hehehe because i sit in front of the computer a lot. like right now, i am at the cafe that we own and i am doing mylot. lol more than my neck, it is my back and right arm that's giving me some trouble.:-)
