I weight and balance air planes, i used to be the only one on night shift but this little barbie blonde works in the office use to be on days now on nites and because they had to get rid of some of the day people they brought this twit to nites. I have handled planes by myself for ages and now shes there....shes supposed to help me but usually she just gets in the way and when she is supposed to be helping me she forgets and gets to flirting around and doesnt do what i need her to do anyways. None the less im stuck with her and the bosses let her get away with everything. Most of the time when she comes to work she does homework, flirts, talks on her cell phone and sometimes even text messages through out the nite. I am off for a week and they changed the flight plans a little and because she is being such a pain in my A** i decided i am not building her loads for her she is going to have to do it herself! She even had the nerve to ask me to build her loads but i ignored her first shes not my boss second if she would spend a little time doing her job she would understand how to do it and i wouldnt have to back her up she doesnt back me up when it comes to doing extra planes or planning for the next week. So i hope it doesnt make me a bad person but im going to either make her or break her since she doesnt know what she is doing and maybe the bosses will see exactly what she does.

it is probably a good that you are going off for a week.i would not say anything to the bosses just yet and go on your holiday, and when you get back they may have realised ,just what she has been doing.nothing.then they may appreciate you more and then you can tell them exactly what she was doing before you went away.nothing.i never complain any more about the workers i work with as they always have the gift of the gab to get out of any situation.i usually let the bosses work it out for themselves, they are not silly, they eventually work out who does the work and who are the slack ones.cheers sue

dont worry about her, when you join again, if she continues with her behaviour, take it to the notice of your bosses as it is your responsibility rather than complaining.
they will take care of her one day.
