My poor brother

So when it comes to bad luck it seems to follow my poor brother. He has always been really intelligent and got straight A's in school and followed me to Business School however because he couldn't pass this one typing class they failed him and so frustrated he dropped out. Well he has been trying since the age of 16 to get his license but everytime he goes my car breaks down or something happens that stops him. He is now 24 and still no license. When it comes to jobs everytime he gets one and gets all happy the company either closes down or downsizes and he gets laid off or else they decide to to give the job to someone else and let him go. He was working as janitor for this cleaning company and was all happy because this one supervisor guy was going to be quitting and he was a shoe in for that guys job well he ended up finding out that the supervisor got his buddy a job instead and therefore my brother was let go and told to find a new job. My brother is crushed. I am so upset that things like this keep happening to him. He is a hard worker who works his butt off and has gotten excellent recommadations from his supervisors who have all told me that he is one of the best workers they ever had. What would you do if this was your brother? How would you help him?
