Down in the dumps  | |  Did you ever have one of those days where you were somewhat depressed for no apparent reason? I've had days like this before, but they seem to be getting more frequent. Yesterday and today have been the most recent. I suppose it could be because I returned to college yesterday to start another semester, but I'm not sure that's what is causing my mood. Anymore these types of days really wear on me emotionally.
So what about you, have you ever had a day like that? How did you handle it? What did you do to bring yourself back up?

| | | 2. twoey68 (9663) | 2 years ago |  I go through these types of days. I remember reading somewhere "Every rainbow needs a little rain". You can't always be happy and cheerful. Sometimes you have to have a low day to appreciate the good days. I try to find something I like to do and spend the day doing it. It helps to pass the time and keeps my mind off my depression.
