Worth a try

I recognize some of these as exercises I have done in choir. It does not mention the one where you extend your neck and open and close your mouth. I find the final part to be the most appropriate, though. You need to exercise your whole body. Or rather I need to exercise my whole body. Yes, I know I snore, and so does my spouse from time to time. I even have a funny sad story about myself and my first husband when he was ill that relates to snoring, perhaps that will be another discussion.

My husband used to snore very loud because he has had his nose broke twice and he can't breathe very well when he lays down. He does snore loud if he is very tires too. I will have to check out the link you provided. I would love to be able to help reduce his snoring.

lol I have no one to stop snoreing from but they might work on son in law we can hear him all over the house when he is tired!

Hey raz well my hubby snores and I wear earplugs so he doesnt wake me up. Hes not will to do anything about his snoring so I have to.LOL I hate it. And I dont snore.

There are advantages to having a Hearing Loss, that means that you may not hear things like snoring as loudly as you would if you have normal hearing. So snoring sometimes is not as bad with me.

I work with developmentally disabled adults, one of the guys, is way over weight - he is about 5'4" and weights in at over 270 and he is down in weight from almost 300. I am not going to see he snores loud. But in the winter, with the windows and doors closed you can hear him snoring outdoors. I can hear him clearly and the first time I heard him, I went looking around the house and garage to see what that awful noise was.

I don't snore (so I think....no one's complained so far).
But my husband does and he's the king of snoring. Everyone knows about it and my husband's friends always tell me that I should be awarded for managing to get even a few seconds of sleep everynight.
I'll have to try to get him to do these exercises and hope it works.

i can't sleep if my lover snors all the night.
i suggest losing weight would be a good way to stop snoring.

Hate people who snore like grunt pigs ...

I doubt that exercises would help me, the only reason I snore is when I am having what I call "nasal difficulties". When my allergies flare up and my sinuses are acting funny, then I snore that night. Otherwise I don't snore.
