I just installed adobe photoshop into the computer, started learning it, I got interested in graphic design now... If you have already downloaded Adobe Photoshop then you can use it's own built-in help/training that you can find in menu bar.

Here you can find an e-book for learning photoshop. This is quite extensive and I hope it will help you through your learning.
