Breast Milk  |

 We've been blessed with a son, the child is about a month old, my wife is not able to feed my son fully, she is also using infant milk substitute. I don't want to buy the Infant milk powders.
Is there any food/diet that will help my wife to feed my son only with breast milk.
Is there any food that she must avoid.

You need to drink about 4 glasses a day. Personally I liked the tea better cold so I made a picture of it and drank it through out the day.
