| |  YES!! I watched a program the other day on tv that talked about this and it has to do with the lack of sunlight. It is called Seasonal Affective Disorder. It directly affects mood. Your body requires sunlight, just like plants.
The good news, there are light bulbs and lamps that can help to aleviate the problem. Your body needs that light. Lack of it causes increased melatonin to build up in the body and that can lead to depression.
There are light banks that produce the same type of light as direct sunlight. Other remedies are to sit near windows during the day if it's too cold to go outside.
You can google it and find all kinds of information on it and how to combat it.

Sometimes the people are very alike the plants and also the animals in some situations.
But I know,some people like this dark season,which I can´t understand.
