Do you have a similar situation? | | You've fallen in love...but you don't live together. Your partner originally was saying that you'd live together, but now doesn't want to entertain the possibility...but won't say why. Do you stay? Or do you go? And why?

| | | | | | 1. vera5d (2204) | 2 years ago | i have met a lot of guys who do not want to live together with someone until they are married...they don't want to give up their personal space yet...it took me forever to get my husband to live with me!! My friend's fiance is the same way...
It could be that they are hiding something, and if that's the case, it is not worthwhile to be ina relationship where there is not complete trust or honesty.
The key is to get to the bottom of it and then decide from there.

scorpiobabes (1532) | 2 years ago | I think our biggest hurdle is that he has misconceptions about ME (I'm from a small town in Jersey and he's born 'n bred South Philly). I've told him I'd move whereever he wanted (except North Philly, LOL), but he's since told me that I 'don't belong in the city'. Apparently it's too quiet at my home....go figure! I have confronted him a number of times about hiding something, but he likes to turn it back on me...I can see myself with him long term, but in the SAME place! Thanks for the comments!

scorpiobabes (1532) | 2 years ago | Thanks Twils...I've been more than willing to give him time to make up his mind, but I seriously don't think it's lack of committment on his party--he's been living with someone else for 15 years, so I really think it's just laziness on his part.I think he's worth it, but seeing as my financial situation now demands a roomie (or 3), I guess 2 can play at that game!
