Yuwie: Last Night's Bloggies & Virtual E-vents  | |  I went to friend Fran's Bloggie 0scars last night, and I thought it was really cute. Some people had gone all out and had lots of pictures ready to post of cameras flashing, stars walking the red carpet, etc. The comments and speeches were being posted fast and furious, and my back was killing me so I finally had to exit.
But I thought it was neat how Fran took the time to read and review all those blogs and give out awards. She got lots of page views out of it but good for her! She is one fellow Yuwan, like Claire, Annie and many others who is always there to help out and also give her friends' pages exposure. I was glad that Yuwie was operable last night because after the way it malfunctioned most of the day yesterday, you had to wonder.
So I'm wondering of nonYuwans and Yuwans alike: have you ever been to a virtual event? Or thrown one? If so, tell us about it. The only other thing like that I had done was a baby shower in here at myLot.

I had a feeling people were going to be putting some really neat things in there, and they did. They had put together all kinds of creative graphics to use and it was very entertaining. | |

I'm in too crappy a mood to go post my blog over there now anyway. I read too much mean stuff here at myLot. I wish my brain could filter the negativity and sometimes it can't.
