On a personal note How I can relate to what Britney is going through  

I can relate to you more than I can relate to Britney. I have had CPS show up at my door 4 times in the past year because that is what people do in this town when you make them mad, they send CPS after you if you have kids.

All of the claims were unfounded but it still boils my blood to have a CPS record. Now I am terrified that if one of my sons accidentally hurts the other and they go to school with a mark on them CPS is going to come knock down my door and take my kids away.

I didn't have your issues but the feeling was the same from day one when that first case worker showed up. I didn't cooperate. I was sarcastic. I was down right mean to the woman. I wouldn't sign a single form and I told them that before I did I would have to have my attorney review it. I am lucky that the claims were unfounded or I am sure my treatment of the case workers would make them purposely make my life a living h3ii.

I really don't have any sympathy for Britney though. She knows she needs help and obviously the help she has gotten hasn't helped. Sure, as a mother I agree that losing your kids even for a day is one of the worst things anyone could do to us but I don't think Britney cares as much as tries to make others believe she does.

I mean really, who do you think is putting those kids to bed and kissing them good night when she is out on tour or out at a club baring her privates for the world to see?

Britney was a child who had children. I'm sure that when she grows up a little she will get them back but for right now they are better off.

Thats just it, we really shouldn't pass judgement on another unless we know exactly what have put them in the circumstance they are experiencing. Due to a bad relationship, I opted to leave my children with their father until I could get back on my feet. I can't tell you how many times I sobbed from my soul for this loss, particularly because it wasn't through anything I had done wrong as a parent. As a matter of fact, I made the choice to do what was best for them and not what was the best for me. I never had the CPS involvement, but, regardless, not having your children with you and not being able to be the parent you would like to be is heartwrenching. I finally was able to change my situation and my 11 year old son has come back to live with me permanently. I look at him everyday and count my blessings. There were times I thought it would never happen and times when I missed my children so desperately that I considered suicide. My daughter is still with her father, but I hope that this also will change in the future. Having my son with me gives me renewed hope.

Hi mooch! I really feel sad to hear that and I am glad it is over. I do appreciate your telling another side of the story of what a mother should be feeling when she loses her kids especially in the situation like that. I do feel sad for Britney and to all those mothers who lost custody and are fighting for their children. I hope and pray that they will all be given the strength to carry on and win the battle and to ensure that they will be able to get back on track in their life. It is not right to judge anyone because of what we only see because there are many underlying factors that we really don't know of. I hope people will be kinder to each other and just give a helping hand. Just my thoughts. Take care and have a nice day! :)

Sorry to hear you had such a horrible experience! I think she just basically had a meltdown because she lost custody of her kids and it was too much for her. If that happened to me, I probably would go postal!! I feel for her because of her being famous and everything being publicized, in a time that should remain private. What she's going thru is mental problems and everyone should just quit judging her and leave her be so she can get better and get her kids back! Just my 2 cents,lol! Take care :)

Yes I don't think people realize how all these things add up. Divorce, kids being taken away, depression, meds, lawyers, CPS, ex's. Oh, and you are supposed to carry on with your daily activities. Then of course Britney has cameras one inch away from her face every time she moves! These things are hard enough to deal with anyway, but to be in the public eye, no wonder she's gone nuts!

Wow. I am so sorry to hear about this. Here is another reason I won't go to doctors. Question.How did you get better? Do you have your kids?

It must be tough for Britney being hounded by the paparazzi all the time. But then again, she wouldn't have that much media attention if it weren't for her outrageous behavior like shaving her head, not wearing panties, endangering her children, etc.

I can never imagine myself away from my baby for a long period of time... i think i will simply die if that would happen to me...

With all the media hype... i still feel for Britney because i know that she is a mother and she misses he babies a lot... aside for that... the paparazzis are not helping... but making matters a lot worst for her... so thank you for sharing your own story... it made me feel that my sympathy for Britney is justified... and i wish that her parents would intervene for the own sake...
