I got a new multi effects pedal |
|
I bought myself a Korg ToneWorks multi effects pedal yesterday. It took me about two hours but I figured out how to use some of the settings, I haven't totally figured out how to use it yet though. I was a bit disappointed with the delay setting as I don't think you can change the delay time. However, there's a pitch shifter setting on it that I think sounds really great. Just on the off-chance that anyone is interested, I uploaded a couple of videos of myself using the pitch shifter setting and they can be seen here http://www.vimeo.com/668036 and here http://www.vimeo.com/667365
Does anyone else use a multi effects pedal? If so, what are your favourite settings? And how long did it take you to learn how to use all the settings?
I suspect this discussion will get little or no responses, but I'll post it anyway.:)

| 3. rackback (92) | 2 years ago | I've got a Vox modeling amp with multi effects. It took awhile to figure it out, now it's no prob. I'm still faster at getting the sounds I want from all the little stomp boxes in series, but the multi's are cheaper and take up less space, plus you don't have to find all those plug in spots. Do you like the tones you can create, now that you can make adjustments?

crispeater (1461) | 2 years ago | I like some of the sounds I can get, although I still haven't figured out how to save the settings. It's not as versatile as some other multi-effects pedals, and there's some sounds I'll probably never use but overall I like it. The echo and reverb effects are pretty good. There's also a cool "drone" effect that makes my guitar sound a bit like a synthesiser.
