deputy dumps quadraplegic man on floor out of wheelchair |
| |
| http://www.cnn.com/video/... Ok a man who was videotaped at the sherriffs office being dumped out by a deputy who didn't believe that he was a quadreplegic, was dumped on the floor and laughed at, and another officer laughed... The deputy who did the dumping is now relieved, but the ironic thing is that htere is no record of what he was charged for, because the sherriff's department is denying it every happened, but the video is one that they got from the sheriff's department. How could they be so cruel? A full investigation is underway, once on the floor an officer frisked him, he is legally able to drive, but I can't believe that htis happened. This makes me very very mad... How would you feel if you saw this happen in your sheriff's office, what would you do if you were there when it happened. Mooch | | | | | |

| | How terrible. I hope those officers lose their jobs. We sure don't need heartless and cruel people protecting our towns and cities. Police officers are supposed to to be trustworthy and help people. I sure hope this guy sues the officer. | | | | | | |

| | GRRR! That is pathetic. Those type of people don't need to be our "peace" officers! I can understand being skeptical of what some criminals might say, but this is just ridiculous! | | | | | | |

| | I would be furious. If I was there when it happened, I would have been arrested for interferring, but when I got out or to the judge, the whole nation would know what went on. If it was me, I would sue the pants off of them. | | | | | | |

| | I saw this on the news this morning. The fellow dumped on the floor was interviewed. He had a blackeye and was sore. The deputy should be fired. No warning, no excuses. I was livid when I saw the video over and over again. If I was there and saw it happen I'd definitely notify high ups. There is no valid excuse whatsoever for this deputy tossing the poor fellow on the floor. They wanted to frisk him. They could have taken him out of the wheelchair and gently placed him on the floor or taken him to a room and placed in a cell and taken care of the situation. Roughhousing anyone should be out of the question. | | | | | | |
