I tried sushi but ....

I've never had really sweet rice so I don't know what that was. I like sushi but not all kinds. My absolute favorite type is California rolls mmm that is good. It's cooked crab with avocado and cucumber. I like some sashimi my favorite is salmon it tastes so good and buttery it just melts in your mouth. I like octopus too. I'd say give it another try, try a different restaurant then you can compare to see if it was just that place.

If you want to try good sushi go to a Sushi-Bar...not some grand buffet. Look for a great sushi bar then try again.

The rice is like that. They use sticky rice which is sweet. I like the ones with the eel. So yummy.

Never go to a Chinese-Japanese restaurant, go to a only Japanese restaurant, I am sure it will be alot better, also you cant have sushi from any place, trust me I love sushi and love to try different kinds of foods, its like trail and error, I love some sushi places and I dislike some as well, it depends who makes it, fresh is obviously better, i have tasted really bad sushi, it probably was not fresh, also rice is not suppose to be sweet, they make sushi with vingar rice, i recomened going to a sushi place where people have eaten there and all, thats what I do, I go regardless just to try it out for my self. Anyway hope this helps.
