|  Through the years, there have been some amazing pairings in television, whether in comedy shows or dramas. I wonder who some of everyone's favorite television sidekicks are.
This discussion idea is a spinoff of a thought I had in another discussion, about Goran and Eames, the detectives on Criminal Intent. They are one of my favorite pairs. I love how he knows absolutely everything, no matter how obscure and the way she looks at him in response.
For comedy, Lucy & Ricky, Sonny and Cher! Who all can you think of?

| |  Fred and Ethel were the best side kicks ever on tv. I think at times that Ethel is funnier than Lucy. It is hard to believe that Fred is so tight with his money and yet he is such a great landlord to them.

| |  I think the best sidekicks ever were all of the gang on the Carol Burnett show. Tim Conway especially.. what a riot that man is! Apparently he had his own show at one time, but it just wasn't the same without his gang... especially with Harvey Korman. lmao!
I used to have a major crush on "Skippy" on "Family Ties". I think that's where my love of nerdy geeks with dark hair stems from. lmao.

| |  I'm liking the show of Jason Lee but I haven't had the time to watch it lately. My Name is Earl is one of my favorite tv series as of late, I like the storyline and theme of it. The tandem of Earl and his brother, Randy, is pretty impressive to me.
I'm not sure if this counts, but I also like KITT and Michael Knight's team-up from the Knight Rider series..

| | I think "My Name is Earl" is a great show. Another one I miss because I watch something else at the same time. I record some things, but then there is never enough time to watch everything.
I used to watch the old "Knight Rider" with David Hasselhoff. My son loved it, so I could use him as an excuse, but really I got a kick out of. It was fun, I loved the dialog between he and the car. | | | |

| |  Wow... there are so many lovable sidekicks out there... but my favorite is Willow from Buffy the Vampire Slayer... she is the ever loyal witch bestfriend of Buffy...
I was actually wondering why the producers did not make a spinoff series with Willow as the lead... she has such a large fan base... well i am still hoping that they will... i would certainly watch it religiously...
