What's the most appropriate phone for me?

if you don't mind so much on the brand name, perhaps yuo can try one of those China-made phones. There are a lot now in the market and you can see them everywhere. I do not have one for myself, but I have seen a lot of my friends that have it. They are cheap, they have all the functionalities of a PDA (yes, it's a PDA with touch screen), it has dual SIMs with both active at the same time, it has TV!!, standard 2MP camera, 3G capable... basically everything in a phone. And like I said earlier, it's cheap, costing about USD100-200 only. It should be good for a student.
