My auntie used to call me that.
Because I was so brazen.
It is also the name of a fab pub in Dublin, Ireland LOL

My nickname was "Pete"and my sister and dad still call me that to this day...
one of my uncles calls me snake
another one calls me the country term for a racoon...where you drop the RA and just pronounce the last part....dont know why MYLOT wouldnt just let me post that one...

and my cousin called me Jig...

hi, my family called me mayie. but my husband call me in my first name anna.:)

My friends at school all called me Junebug. That was what I was known as my whole time at school. Than just recently here at work I had a women call me Junebug and boy did it bring back memories.

I sure did. My nickname was Ms. Piggy. My Mother gave it to me and said it fit me to the tee.

My father called me Belinda.. no, it is not my name, it is not even close.
My grandmother called me bandit, no I did not steal things.

Most people just called me an abbreviated form of my own name..
except for those who liked to make annoying rhymes with my last name.

I was always called Annie and scooter. And still to this day I get called Annie and many other new nicknames.
