 I didn't know this but on the upper right hand corner of a one dollar bill is a spider. My daughter was shocked when I told her that I didn't know that and she couldn't believe I didn't and that was the first thing she learned about the dollar bill from her friends.
Did you know this? Was there ever something your child knew that you didn't?

Ok, I'm a self-proclaimed computer techie, but my oldest daughter one-upped me once.
I had her with me at one of my previous jobs. She was about 1 1/2 or 2 at the time. I set her down on my desk chair and went to check something really quick. When I came back she had some screen pulled up on my computer that I had never seen before. I was like "How did u do that?". Of course she didn't know, all she did was bang on the keys. Turns out she had managed to hit the ALT and the? key at the same time thus pulling up the HELP screen in Word Perfect (old old old program). Since I had never used the HELP screen before it took me by surprise.~smile~ Tink

| gandatwo (377) | 2 years ago | If my memorie serves me well I do believe so.Gosh it was at least three years ago,I am sure I have the article somewhere that's a worry the somewhere!..lol,will try to find to-day and get back to you if I have success.I did manage to purchase a one doolar bill yesterday from money exchange,one has to look quite closely for the spider,the webs can been seen around the border quite clearly though on the reverse side.Have a beaut day,or Evening I think it may be your side?

Anyways, there is that spider and I believe there were a couple of other hidden items on the dollar. If memory serves there is also a secular reference on the bill in the latin.

Oh wait. Don't have children.
The best comparison I could make is to my younger brother. There were a few times he knew something while I didn't (most times it was on pop culture though... so "meh":D)
