honda cg125

the engine is in a speedway bike and had it running last night came to it tonight and it tryed to start with but after a few tries of pushing it up and down it will just not fire i think i have a electrical fault the wiring is as goes the wire coming from the coil is plugged to the black wire from the magnnto coming from in the engine i have a yellow wire with just a female connection on doing nothing i think that is lights then i have a green and red wire plugged to a white wire which comes from the magneto in the engine but the green and red wire is going to nothing where does that wire need to go cause im puzzled at the moment only had the bike 2 days sick of pushing it already please could some one help
