WOMEN: how often to you polish your nails?   

If you want to keep your polish fresh robs, you can get excellent sealers at Sallys or the like..and you just have to hit the right one and then your polish will last longer..care of nails is so important when using acetone polish remover often..I do not polish mine anymore at this present time, but used to every 3 days or so when working in the salon..

i only polish my nails when there is some occasion but when im in the house i just clean it before when i was teen ager i used to polish every week with colorless or somtimes with glitters nail polish but my nails become light yellow so i stopped it.

I only polish my nails if I'm going somewhere special...I can never polish them w/o messing them up...

I wish I could do it more often.
But at least 2times a week.
But I use a handlotion many times a day,beacuse my hands are too dry

If it's my fingernails, I polish them once a week because they crack easily. If it's on my toe, I polish them once in two or three weeks. Sometimes if I see something nice of shade, I change my polish on nails.

Funny you should post this discussion. I'm just finishing doing my nails right now. I usually do them like twice a week because my polish gets all chipped pretty quickly even if I use a sealant. I don't like it when my nails aren't done. It just makes me feel a little bit better when they look good don't you agree.~D

Man, I used to polish my nails a lot more often when I was single but I don't do it anymore now that I'm a busy housewife. I need to though because they look like crap! LOL...

OH, it is very rare i ever polish my nails. Once in a while i go through a phase where I put clear polish on them, but for the most part I just leave them naked. I used to work with food and got into the habit of not wearing nail polish because it was not permitted.

I polish mine atleast once a week. I'm a nail polish fanatic. I think over the past three years, I have gone a total of MAYBE three weeks with out them being painted. I usually touch them up when they begin to look kind of raggy and chipped.

It actually has been forever since I have polished my nails. I am always doing something with the kids or cleaning or typing (since I do data entry for work) and filing (also for work) my nails always ended up messed up. I did used to go get a manicure every 10-14 days but I think the last time I had that done was when I was pregnant with my 2 year old. :)
