Finally a new Pair of shoes  

I think for me, it was last Summer when I bought my last pair of shoes. I don't like buying shoes because new shoes always hurt my feet (no matter how comfortable they seem to feel when I try them on at first). I usually buy a new pair when I ruin mine. But I currently got two pair of comfortable shoes and I don't really care. I think I might buy a new pair this summer or something as I feel one of my pairs is going to fall part really soon *laughs*.

I'm dying to get a really good pair of shoes myself, and might be able to next month...One of the things that might be a contributing factor of some of my foot problems are my shoes..there are other factors (which I hint at in one of my discussions which may be more bizarre explanation)...When I had had money last spring I should have "invested" in a really good pair of shoes, like Nikes or something, but when I saw the prices said no way..so bought real cheap shoes instead...guess that saying is true though..you get what you pay for...so next time I get money.....think next month..going to say heck with it..my feet and comfort are more important than saving money--they do have some discount places that sell all the expensive running shoes near me too..still a bit steep..even with a discount the Nikes are $95.00

Maybe you like shopping, but I do not like shopping, I like shop in the internet, it is convenient.

It was just yesterday that I bought one. If feels good to reward ourselves once in a while for so much hard work. It also feels good when we get convenience that we deserve. It's quite not good to spend more this days, we need to save a lot for some unexpected costs and bills that may come but it also pays well when we give ourselves the convenience we deserve.

Mooch that is a great price. I love buying shoes I have so many I cant fit them all my closet.LOL But Ive been pretty good lately havent bought shoes in about 2 months.LOL Enjoy your new shoes.

Unfortunately with my foot injury I have to buy soft soled shoes.. I can wear other kinds of shoes, but only once in a while and not for long periods of time..:(

I had to buy a new pair of shoes the other week, the factor behind this decision was the fact that I had developed a hole in one shoe and was leaving trails of bits of sole all over the place and so I figured it was about time to get a new pair.

You got a great buy. I buy SAS shoes. I have also gone to Academy Sports and gotten shoes on sale at great prices. I had a nice pair of flats with good supports and very attractive.. and my dumb dog chewed them up, so now I have no dress shoes until I go and get some more.

way to go on getting you some new shoes. i have a pair of tennis shoes that needs to hit the trash can, but i just cannot bare to throw them away, they are so comfortable when i am wearing them, i do not know that i have them on. but i do have a new pair of tennis shoes that i haven't broken in yet. they still hurt my toes some when i have to wear them. but i am going to have to go out during spring break and get my oldest son a new pair of tennis shoes, he is so hard on his shoes. and i also am going to get me a pair of new summer sandles. i slipped last year outside on the wet sidewalk and about killed myself with those slick sandles on, so i do not think that i will be wearing those again this summer.

while i don't mind shopping, my knees don't like the long periods of time that i am on my feet...we happened to be out shopping on two seperate occassions and i found shoes really cheap! i bought a pair of lace up ballet flats for my daughter for $3- and two pairs of summer shoes (left over from last year no doubt) for $3.47 each (regularly $30!) and a pair of ballet flats for myself for $5- but other than that, i have not really been shopping for shoes in earnest for a long time!
