taylor Swift doll to come out  

You know, I can see kids wanting the Mary Kate and Ashley type dolls... to represent their favorite actors and stuff like that.. and even if there is a Hanna Montana doll I can see that.. but have never even heard of Taylor Swift. I think it's nuts to have a doll for every new actor/singer that comes along.

Well im lucky enough to have two boys so I wont be buying the doll. The only real role model should be god but what can you do. I just hope she doesnt do something stupid like most these celeb so called role models.

i totally enjoy listening to Taylor Swift's music, but as far as going out and buying a Taylor Swift doll with guitar in hand, i will pass on that. i am not a doll collector. some people do collect dolls thou. i wish that i still had all of my Barbie dolls from when i was a kid. i was ten years old still getting Barbie dolls for one of my Christmas presents when i was young. and i do not think that my boys would want the Taylor Swift doll either. lol

In a way I am glad to see a doll being made that is actually of a good role model. On the other hand, I'm sure it will end up looking like a Barbie doll and how many Barbie's does your daughter really need? Even though my kids and I are huge fans of hers, I just don't think this would be something that we would actually buy or that they would ask for. So I agree with you, that it is probably not going to be as successful as the manufacturers are hoping.

My daughter would have to have this as she loves Taylor Swift. If I didn't buy it for her, then her older sister would buy it, so yes, if it comes out we will have one in our house.
I would rather her have it than a Hannah Montana one as I think that Miley Cyrus will be the next Brittany Spears and I believe that she will be as messed up as Brittany.

I know people are going to throw things at me but, I just can't stand Taylor Swifts songs. In my humble opinion, she is NOT a country singer. Her music sounds like the 'bubble gum' music from a few decades ago. Yes, she is cute and perhaps she is a good roll model for young kids but her music just isn't country.

why not? so theres another doll line in the world is it really gonna effect you? Not everyones gonna buy the doll its not a big deal. its a doll, lets start a crisis. and who cares if its a taylor swift doll, did u make a big deal and start something like this when hannah montana,n'sync,britney spears or other various celb dolls came out. Oh gee the money crunches, everyones gonna be poor cause thier buying a flippin doll. dont worry your money is not going to make her doll. or any other popular and successful.is this a taylor swift thing? why would you care anyother way? make a big deal about something that matters and effects people, like cigarettes or something along those lines.get over it.
