I believe you will understand it someday. Or you just fail to understand that people have different situations and they respond with different actions. Some have a calm response and others may not be that nice. As someone said, all of us have different battles to fight. But you are right, it pays to be kind. I hope I will develop that in my arsenal!

True sometimes what we view as "mean" is just people being different. Different Priorities, different values. Different things that make them tick. For some people getting stuff done fast is more important then getting it done with a smile. Just the way the world works I guess.
