Have you ever felt too ambitous in your life, or very cautious in your investments,even discussing in mylot to make that extra buck? . Are you sometimes guilty about it?. If so, don't be because everyone is . Whatever we make, our mortgage payments seem to gulp it with little mercy .Our real estate prices are definetly gone not through the roof but the sky .It has definetly dented the finances of our middle class families whose dream is to own a home . There is a strain on relationships because of the commitments faced by them .Especially in the developing world the scramble for space is getting tougher . Real estate values in mumbai are on par with that of Beverly hills in L.A .It is a boon to the economy and a bane for the masses .A Real estate developer in India called D.L.F has the biggest market capitisation in the world in this sector, relatively unknown in India a decade earlier ( just for facts ) .
