Doctor is cleared of death charges!

Wow, I didn't even know the doctors were being charged for that. Where have I been?

What's the scoop behind that? Who brought the charges up in the first place? From what I understood, his condition was very difficult to diagnose and can easily be missed.

I am glad that it is over with now. Hopefully she can get some closure now. That is pretty much impossible while there is a lawsuit going on.
