Jesse Jackson asked if he condems Rev. Wright  

Of course Jackson refused to answer that question and the reason is quite simple...

Both Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton preach the same kind of divisiveness and hate that Wright does, and they have for a very long time.

They are a major reason that America is still divided after all of this time.

This Wright situation is a new phenomena and they don't quite know how to handle it, mostly because they are used to the public letting them have their say.

Wright reached too far, and the God Damn America thing was too much for most people to accept.

When you add to that the recent statement by Ferraro and others, and the subsequent resignations and abject apologies, and then to be hit with something like this by a candidate who is preaching hope and change and all of the other tremendous things that people want to hear... well then reality hits and people realize it was just a lot of election talk.

With any luck at all, it will bring the double standards into the forefront, and will keep them there until the message of devision, and the rhetoric of hate is silenced on all sides.

Until that is accomplished, then America will always be divided, and it will always be us against them... no matter who us is, and no matter who them is, whether it be black, white, Asian or whatever.

Well Jesse Jackson won't denounce him because he agrees with him. Jesse just isn't stupid enough to make statements like that in public. Also, he's not obligated to answer because he's not running for president this term. He can dodge as many questions as he wants.

you have to give jackson credit. he knows what he's doin. the more he confuses. the more choas. the more uncertainty the more he gets paid. he wants to have a one min. question take months to answer. its like a shrink or lawyer. if it was simple they'd be poor.

Guys like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton thrive on racial division. They don't really want equality. If there was true equality, there would be no need for them anymore. I just wish black people would realize that and stop looking to them for leadership. They are destroying everything we are all working to achieve.
