the sun is shining in Nashville today!  

Weather has been GREAT here... nice and sunny in the mid 80's and I could not be happier until last night (LATE last night) I was awakened by the horrible sound of thunder as yet another spring storm came through our area.

I guess we always need the rain. It is VERY rare that unless we have a hurricane that Florida is begging for the rain to stop.

Here is Southern Indiana we have sunny skies after the down pouring of rain that we have had the last several days, has flooded many places around. Looking forward to spring weather, I just hope we don't have all the seasons play out, like we did this winter.

While it is 'partly' sunny here in Maryland, I have to say I am thankful its not raining, but we do have wind advisories and the bridges are on notification that if winds get 45 an hour or higher they have to shut the bridges down.

Its only about 45 degrees here right now and it proably won't go up much more than that but my cat is really liking that I can have the window open for her to look out and smell all the smells of outside.

so far our Easter weather looks pretty good.....cooler temperatures, not cold, good sleeping weather, but little to no rain, which is a very nice change of pace because we have been getting rain for the better part of the last 10 to 14 days

Congratulations! I remember those days in my life when my kids were small and the outdoor Easter egg hunting was up in the air.

I haven't looked at our forecast for the weekend. Today I have only looked out the window, where it looks partly cloudy with a chance of rain. We had a little rain yesterday afternoon. But we needed it, so that was fine.

I just returned home from the gym absolutely drenched, I hate getting a bus when I can walk but after waiting ages I gave up and walked, I am still drying off now as I sit here eating my sandwich with a towel over me, great start to Easter holidays, it's also cold as well, Spring has swung back to Winter, unless it's early April showers LOL! I hope it does get better as I'm away at my retreat this weekend by the ocean, so please sun come with me!

We will of course be in the 70's for Easter. But we've been in the 70's these last few weeks. We are ready for summertime now..Lori

Yippee, we are experiencing the same kind of weather today. I haven't been home today because it's been so pretty and I wanted to take my old self out for awhile. Was time to get some fresh air and just go. Maybe this is the beginning of a good Easter weekend. Don't know what is forecasted for our area for the weekend. I do know the rivers are still rising and will crest the next couple of nights. I'm excited to see the sun and be out in the sun for part of the day.

I am in MOntreal, Quebec and we are expecting cold January like weather and more snow for the weekend.

nice to hear that my dear friend. i know that you are really happy by having sunshine there after rainy days in few days before. its happened in here too.
too much rains in a week so that we miss sunshine much. cause those rains made many floods, badly floods everywhere. i love sunshine too but if its too hot, it feels uncomfortable anymore

Nice. Funny enough it is shining here a bit where i live in the Uk. However, it is still a bit cloduy and the weather forecast is rain, hail and cloudy.
