how u will meet your friends?

if u went to a school or collage and ur new to collage or school.how u will find and decide that they are ur friends?how will be ur first meeting with somebody.and how will u know that i want to do friendship with him.how u will know that he is good friend or bad friend.

Go say hello or something, if he/she responds in a nice way, then he/she could be a nice person. You can't judge someone by just that alone, you have to make conversation to everyone or anyone as long as you could. But definitely you'd find friends who are of the same interest like you do. Let's say you like music, and you're a member of this glee club or music department, you mostly get friends from that. If how to say if they are bad or not, it's up to you, depends on what is bad for you. Trust your instinct
