Patty Hearst kidnapper accidentially released from Prison?!  |

 Sarah Olson who was one of the kidnappers and bank robbers in the 1970s of heirest Patty Hearst was released from a California Prison. Only thing is she is not schudeled for release until NEXT year. Is this even a big deal. She wasn't the ring leader. It is only a year and it was so long ago. Scary though that the California prisons are so lax that they can't read the release dates.

1.  coffeebreak (4850) | 2 years ago |  My son works a prison and they are FAR from lax. They are as strick as the laws allow them to be. Usually that is not strick enough beacuse prisons are so over crowded, but their hands are tied. They ahve to go by the laws. I just worry about the day Charlie Manson gets out - he goes up for parole everytime he is eligble and keeps getting turned down, but these days when the criminals have more rights than the honest - - he sure could pull a judge that would grant parole.
