Biggest fear, what do you feel is the worst way to die?

My biggest fear is to drown. When I was younger, I was learning how to swim at the same time as my friend, her dad was supervising and trying to teach us how. He told me to stay at the side and for some reason I was being dumb, decided that I would give it a try and that I wouldn't need help. Well, lol I almost drowned.

I know how to swim now but I've always been scared if maybe other circumstances made it so I couldn't. Like this one movie called Mr. Revenge I think it was, the guy had both of his achilles tendons cut and he couldn't even move and the water just rose above his head and he drowned to death. So scary.
