This is really what the heading in one of my earlier post in Health should have read. Not Menstrual symptoms but Menopausal symptoms. In case you did not view that discussion it was about a local female medical student conducted a research/study to find out the effects of pumpkin seeds as a part of the diet, on menopausal women. The study showed that by consuming pumpkin seeds the menopausal woman would experience a relief from vaginal dryness and other menopausal symptoms. I went further to mention that I know of vegetarians who consume pumkins seeds like nuts and wondered if they knew the value of these seeds. I would like to hear from you. What do you normally do with your pumpkin seeds and would you start consuming these seeds or wait on futher medical confirmation?
Undoubtedly the relief from menopausal symptoms by eating pumpkin seeds is due to the fact that they contain high levels of the hormone androgen.
Hi Chazh. That may be the case. Thanks. (lol)
