A man who was a cook and self proclaimed Seattle Seahawks fan spit on a burger that he made for someone just because he was wearing Pittsburgh Steelers garb spit on the hamburger he prepared for the man.
DISGUSGTING if you want my honest not so humble opinion.
>Deputies said the 37-year-old man in Steelers garb took his daughters to a Mile Hill Drive fast food restaurant Saturday evening, and "began trading friendly barbs about his team and their victory over the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XL," reports said.
One employee told the man that he'd "better not say that to the guy that's making your food," but the man thought it was a joke, reports said.
That is, until he opened his "clamshell-style" hamburger container and discovered what he called a "loogie" on his hamburger.<
Joking is one thing, however this went to far, the cook was arrested on 4th degree assault, and possession of marijuana booked and then released.
How would you feel if this happened to you, would you have the man arrested for a 'joke', would you demand his job, would you sue the man?
a lot of diseases can be transferred by saliva, so I can't even begin to say how gross this is..

| |  I would have been furious. That is taking the game wayyyy too far. Even if he was joking(which I doubt) you don't spit on a man's food, especially when you are working in a fast food(or any) restaurant. Yes, he deserved to be arrested & he should not be allowed to work with food ever again.

| |  according to our law here in montreal, I don't know if the guy would go to he would definitely get a fine for that, and the established where he worked would also pay a stiff fine for that too, because they are responsible for their personnel's behaviour.

| |  I couldn't agree with you more sweetie, spitting is SO disgusting I actually loathe to see someone spitting! Apart from anything else so many diseases are carried when someone spits! He should be charged with 1st degree assault for something like that and I hope he is never allowed to work around food again! My stomach is heaving at the thought of it! xxx

| |  I’d be so mad—and YES I would have him arrested and have his job. That is totally disgusting- it’s a game--- get over it! I’m a Huge Steelers fan and I would never go after someone or spit on their food because their team beat mine- Cripes- I hope the man is put into jail for his stupidity!
