Why Are Men So Shy At Being Naked Around Other Men?  |

 This makes me laugh when I go for a shower at the gym in the men's changing room I just get undressed and walk naked into the shower and yet I see so many man hide themselves under towels and will actually go to the shower cubicle without removing their underwear for fear of being seen by others! Then when they get to the showers they take them off.
Then when they come back to get dried they quickly put their underwear on even if they are still wet! It's quite commical
Ok I am no donkey down below but I don't care I am not shy, but guys are so blatant when they do it, I just want to laugh and say don't be so embarrassed mate!
It's like it's a macho thing isn't it. But why are guys so shy about taking their clothes off in front of other men?
Another thing I was at the station and I needed to use the gents, there were three urinals, I used the middle one and guys came in and none of them would stand next to me and pee! They would rather wait until all three urinals were clear before going!
I don't if I have to go and there is only one urinal left I will use it regardless if there are guys standing beside me.
What is the big deal?
Come on men are supposed to be macho, so why are they so afraid of standing next to another guy to pee or to get undressed?

In fact all of his friends were the same way, they would all skinny dip when we went to the river & none of them tried to coverup anything..Of course there wasn't much to cover up...but anyway...LOL.. However, when im taking a shower at a gym i walk to the stall with a towel covering myself then take off my towel and hang it up then jump in the shower. I wouldn't just walk around the whole locker room naked... At my gym thats how most everyone does it. Every once in a while there are guys like you that just like to walk around in the locker room naked. Some of them even stand in front the miorr and shave or what not. I could care less if another dude sees me naked but its not like i walk around the whole locker room naked so everyone sees me. And its not like i hurry at put boxers on after my shower. Lol i make sure im dry. and i don't care about peeing next to another guy. however, if i walk into the bathroom and no one is in it i won't take middle stall. But if i walk in and someone took the middel stall and left the outter ones open ill still go pee (but why would someone guy pick the middle one if there is one on the end??)

It's not just something you share with everyone, so if a guy is nervous or shy abuot being naked, I don't blame him! I'm kind of shy. I don't get naked in front of people I don't know, and even with people I know, I still have reservations and only get naked in situations that I absolutely have to.
