What is the most responses you have ever received for a discussion? I started a discussion about blood lines a year ago, and I have 186 responses from this post. What about you? What was your most popular discussion, and how many responses have you received so far???

60 for a discussion on favorite chocolate item. Other than that my responses are usually a dozen or less.

Thank you! isnt it nice when many people are interested in a discussion? It makes me feel like my discussion is validated, when many people respond!

I have no idea which discussion of mine got how many responses...lol I just couldn't go through them all to look, lazy I guess. I don't usually get too many responses and lately I don't start many discussions. I guess I am not being very helpful...is there an easier way to figure out other than going back through each discussion? Happy posting and Brightest Blessings, Mari

No I dont think so. I have been going through my unresolved discussions, and saw this one that I started so long ago, and it had 186 responses. I am assuming that is the most I have ever received on a discussion. I understand not wanting to search through all of your discussions!

My most popular discussion was titled "Have you ever offered to let someone cut in front of you at the store". It has received 151 responses so far. I started it 4 weeks ago and the last time I received a response was 1 day ago. Not too bad for a discussion that has only been around for the past month.

186 responses is a really great achievement. You got a serious number of people commenting on you, and that is a real treat. This is what this site is all about - having as many people engaged in a healthy discussion. I started a discussion which I entitled "Is it actually possible not to believe in God" and it now has 21 responses. That's the most of what I have right now. But I'm just 4 days in mylot. I hope to spark another discussions which spans a variety of interest so that they would be commented upon by many people. What's nice about this is that you get to see how people react in every discussion. Needless to say, you kindda learn yourself. Openning up myself to as many views not only educates me, but also corrects some of my erroneous views in life. That's a treat. You get to learn from as many people, and you get to fortify your one. Not to mention you get to be respected in this site. I mean, well, people get nasty at times. But they are exceptions rather than rule. Most people are generous in welcoming every one's thoughts, concerns and perspectives in life. That is something you don't see everyday. Even in schools, we often get to be disdained for what we think. Here, we just post things and thoughts as they come, and really not need to filter them, except of course when they get nasty or irresponsible. Generally though, having to get lots of responses puts a smile in my face.
