| Melatonin???  | | | |  Has anyone ever used Melatonin to help them sleep? Our pediatrician recommended we use this for our daughter. It is helping so far. I just wondered if anyone else has experience using this supplement.

| |  I have tried it and it does help me to sleep. However, check with your pediatrician. I was told that it should only be used for the short term, not for any longer than a month or so.

| |  yes, i have used it before but somehow i got immuned to it ans so i stopped. there are other supplements that has melatonin and i found out that the product ENSURE has melatonin and it helped me go to sleep at nights, even in the afternoon .
