|  BELLEVUE, Ohio -- Felony indecency charges against a Bellevue man accused of lewd behavior on a deck behind his house have been dismissed, the Toledo Blade reported.
Police said a neighbor in Bellevue videotaped Art Price having sex -- termed as "relations" -- with his picnic table on four separate occasions.
Price was charged with four counts of public indecency.
Usually misdemeanors, the charges were felonies in this case because Price lives within view of an elementary school and the alleged acts could have been seen by a minor, NewsChannel5 reported.
According to the Toledo Blade, Huron County Prosecutor Russell Leffler said the evidence didn't support felony charges and other charges could be filed.

| |  If that was his table and in his yard. people should learn to mind their business about others affairs. I know of inmates who cut holes in their mattresses. Take their finger rub it around a tuna fish can. Then take it and spread it around the hole. It's their way to enjoy the mind set of having relations with a woman. A stick woman I say but still it's their business.

| |  I don't know how that is even possible. That is one of the most disgusting things I have ever heard of. Because he was outside in plain view of everyone including the school they should have charged him. But here is a thought why did the neighbor record him 4 times after the first time shouldn't he/she called the police. Maybe the neighbor was getting off on it. ??
