Do some people's voices annoy you?

Voices don't normally bother me at all. Evem Fram Dresher's is tolerable to me. But one speech pattern makes me cringe. A New York accent affects me like fingernails down a blackboard. I have no idea why. Normally I love to hear different accents from all over but, for some reason, that one drives me crazy.

Gilbert godfried, Miley Cyrus (Hanna Montana), and the guy that is so monatone that does the dry eye commercials. Those three irritate me to no end. Miley Cyrus not so much her voice but the stupid dialect and expressions or something about the way she says things.

I like this one, Winterose.

Year, Roseanne sounds like a whining sow to me and Fran sounds like she has a booger stuffed up somewhere in her sinus cavities!

But you know what? I can't, for the life of me, think of anyone else who annoys me ... though I know there are. Maybe Jay Leno who constantly repeats himself.

Memo to self: Call Roseanne and tell her to stop whining, and call Dresher and tell her to blow her nose ... at least once a year! (C) 2008 RJScott

Oh yes!! There is this girl that is dating a friend of ours and her voice just drives me nuts. The last time we were all out was the first time I had a chance to meet her and I caught myself staring at her because not only does her voice sound like finger nails on a chalk board but she is so loud. Another friend leaned over to me and said drives you nuts doesn't it. I shook my head yes. Then she said how he brought her to the hospital when this friend was in and he left her there. She went on to tell me she was hooked up to IVs and unable to move and so had to lay in bed and listen to that voice. I got to laughing so hard it was awful really. The more I laughed the more she told me horror story. It really is bad to laugh at someone and I really don't make a habit out of it but this voice was so bad!!!!!

Oh my gosh. Yes. Fran Dresher gets on my nerves too. she talks through her nose or something and she talk like that to be so sophisticated. I can't stand it when someone talks slow either or drags out a conversation that could be made very short. I don't have time to sit and listen to it. I want them to get it out already also. I can't really think of anyone else right now but I will tell you about my husbands hunting videos he gets and the people in it.

My husband has hunting videos for deer hunting. The guys in there ramble on and on about how to get the deer, ramble while they are hunting and when they got the deer, they go on and on about the same old thing. That gets on my nerves so bad. I get tired of hearing someone say the same thing and he will sit and watch every bit of it instead of fast forwarding it to the next hunt. They mostly say, "Holy Cow" about 50 times after getting their deer. That really gets on my last nerve.

There is a woman called Felicity Kendal who played in a tv series the Good Life she gets on my nerves with her voice. I can't stand Johnathon Ross, I know he can't help not being able to pronounce his R's and everything is pronounced with a W instead but it's irritating to hear. Speaking incredibly slowly drives me mad too, you just want to click a button to speed them up a bit, the remote control for people hasn't been invented yes, but give it time and I'll buy it!

Fran Dresher I cannot stand her voice, it grates on my nerves.
Love the show, but hate the voice.
It is so long since I have seen Rosanne, I cannot remember voice.
There are a few radio announcers on our local radio station whose voices I cannot handle.
Most of them are female, with sucky sucky voices.
When they speak they sound like giggling school girls.

Yes, not all the time but at certain times. The tone of it could really be annoying and yes, it sounds a little uncomfortable hearing them.

I just let it go and excuse myself for a while if I really felt annoyed and just breath out. After a while i'll go back and face them or that person with a smile. If I will be able to get a good timing, I'll tell him/her that I was quite annoyed by his/her voice.

Do some people's voices annoy you? i can tolerate Fran Dresher's voice alot better than Rosanne's voice. lol i used to watch The Nanny all of the time. i think that Fran Dresher is a beautiful woman. and years ago when Mel Tellis was around and on t.v. alot, he used to drive me crazy listening to him talking, because he stutters when he tries to talk but when he sings, he does not stutter once. lol i forgot what his big hit was when he was popular.

Sania mirza, Dhoni, Rani Mukherji etc are some of the examples.
