woman sues Victoria's Secret says her Bra malfunctioned  

I heard about this one about 6 AM this morning. I don't know how she is going to prove this one, but I do know that she probably will get something out of this. I don't know how she can misuse a bra, assuming that she is a full grown woman and has a lot of other bras. Why would she single out Victoria's secret, if she didn't have a case.?

some law suits are just crzy.People will try to sue anyone at any moment for anything.I think this will be a hard case to prove that the bra did this bad cut without misuse of the bra taking place.So I guess I wish her luck.The world goes on and on...

What I don't get is how can you misuse a bra? When I read this title I though that it was probably another person trying to get easy money. But who knows what really happened. Maybe it was the wire that they put under the bra or something like that. Now she's going to have to probe that it was the bra that did it to her.

All I can say is she may need a new brain as hers obviously is malfunctioning if you dont know a bra doesnt fit you hahahha Mooch yeah this takes the cake for sure

It better get thrown out. Im so tired of all these people being so sue happy. People will sue over the most silly things. I so hope they laugh her out of court.

People these days, man. I dont know, i mean if it was from the bra she has some right to sue them, but only if it malfunctioned b/c it was made wrong. Now getting fired b/c you had a cut boob, and had to go to the docter is wrong. I really dont know how it will hurt her modeling carrer unless she wanted to do nude modeling. I think shes just trying to get all she can from VS but i also think it may be thrown out for being so stupid. It all depends.

Well, there's a few questions left unanswered by the article. What does it mean by "malfunctioned"? Did the underwire rip through the fabric after only a couple uses? Did the metal of the hook break and scratch her (even if it did, though, it probably couldn't do much damage).

It depends on how long she's had the bra, and how she's maintained it. Did she follow the washing instructions? A lot of women wash and dry their bras in the washing machine and dryer, even though it's not good for the type of bra they own.

I suppose it's possible she has a case for negligent manufacturing, but only if she can prove she maintained the bra as it was meant to be maintained. If she even deviated from the prescribed maintenance method once, she has no case.

Oh Mooch, I just can't believe it... what next will they be sueing someone over? It is getting so silly. I always have to have underwire bras and I've never had bras injure me that way! The wiring might come out and catch me under the arm but what was she doing to get 1/4 in deep cut?!?!?! I can understand if the wire came out of the bra and left a 3 inch scratch or slight cut but that deep?

As you say the responses are hilarous, people will do anything and say anything to make a fast buck and get their 5 mins of fame. I can't believe she lost her job because she missed 3 days of work. There must have been other reasons behind that!

maybe not..it sounds like an underwire injury.
i've been cut by one of those before.not to the extent of 3 inches,but it did leave a nice little gauge.
i guess it depends on if she can prove it actually caused the cut.

I think this is very crazy and wil be thrown out once it gets started. Now come on, did she not buy the correct size or what. What could cause such cuts and bruises on her chest. Pleeeeeeeeeeease!
