3.  dvschic (795) | 7 months ago |  i speak about 90% spanish, i started taking it in high school and immersed myself with all my spanish speaking friends... it wasn't difficult to learn but its not easy either. if you already speak a romance language or filipino, you will find it VERY easy.. but if you speak only english you will have a bit of time converting your tongue to roll with the spanish

I know that foreigners in general they learn it very quickly at the beginning, but then they realise there are many hidden difficulties. Communicating anyway is possible after a 2-3 months intensive course always depending on your language background.

Not enough to go and hold a real conversation. But if I needed to learn the language again I think all I would need is a refresher course. It is not a hard language to learn.
