How do you make your child study on its own ?

During PTA meetings I always tell teachers to train pupils to do their daily studying on their own without there being any prompting from either of the parents. But schools only concentrate on how to mug up things and get better grades .

Try to encourage them. Promise them rewards if they do good in class. This are some motivations that you gonna do. And lastly guide them along the way, they really need some help especially if they can encounter a stiff competition.

i don't have a child of my own yet but i raised a nephew and a niece and i teach each of them the value of education. i show them how good the future will be if everyone has a good education. teaching them to study on their own was not an easy task, i did alot of convincing to have them motivated. i will give a reward for the one that will do his homework correctly without my help and without my aid.
