Do you think pillows affect our sleep?  

Yes i cannot manage to sleep without a pillow. I need two soft pillows in order to get a sound sleep. One pillow is too low for me and i get up with my neck hurting and aching from a bad sleep.

I absolutely believe that the right pillow is critical to how well I sleep. I don't think I could get a good night sleep without a pillow. I need a nice fluffy one (or two). My hubby on the other hand likes flat pillows, he tends to sleep on his stomach so I guess that's why he likes the flat pillow so his head doesn't get kinked. I could never sleep like that! It's better that he sleeps on his stomach anyway, when he's on his back, he snores!

yes I cant imagine not sleeping without a pillow and I can be a picky pillow person to. I hate flat pillows it has to be medium and fluffy. the one you can just perfectly sink your head into. The memory foam pillows are really good to get and they last a long time!

yes it affects most to one's sleep although i am not dependent on it. when i am home i can't sleep without my pillows but when i am in the mountain during our climbing because i am a member of a mountain climbing club, no choice except your bag would be your pillow...with i can fall sleep.

I need at least 2 good pillows to fall asleep and sleep well. I couldn't sleep without pillows.

Hello dear nini. I do need a good pillow to help me sleep well. I love my pillow nice and soft, not too high, nor too low. A good sleep has a lot to do with the pillow we use. Without a pillow, I find that my sleep quality is very poor.

i think the pillow must not too low or too high...of course ,a comfortable pillow will better help....but if you really feel sleepy,no matter what pillow you have, sleep like a log.....

I have to have a pillow to get a sound sleep. If there is no pillow it would be as if I was sleeping with my head falling down somewhere and that the bed is not even. Atleast a thin pillow should be there.
Eversince I had started getting migranes I have the habit of sleeping with the right eye pressed against the pillow. So maybe because of that I am not sure. I need a pillow to sleep. all the best

I agree that I have to have a pillow to sleep comfortably. I sleep with mine folded in half and one arm under it holding the pillow in place. I'm very particular on buying new pillows because they have to be firm.

My grandmother on my father's side always slept with no pillow. She used a rolled up towel under her neck line to keep her supported in the right position.

I think it really does. Some people get cramps on their necks when they don't sleep proper on a pillow. I can't imagine my sleep without a soft pillow.
