 Do you bake or fry your chicken pieces? I like mine best oven fried with either some type of commercial coating or something I have concocted. Sometimes I add spices such as curry or some other exotic spice. I really like my chicken wings best done this way. I make them spicy with a cool dip, or plain with a spicy dip like ranch mixed with Louisiana hot sauce. I really like the fact that they are not near as greasy as pan fried.

4.  luvstochat (6026) | 7 months ago |  I love chicken that is fried with a crispty coating but with trying to eat healthy I will get some boneless skinless chicken bre@st and then bake it in the oven. I will usually dip it in low fat ranch dressing then it is really good.

I still eat it fried from time to time anyway cause I like it so much, but I just limit myself.:) I really love to crush cheese-itz crackers and use them for breading on baked chicken. It makes it kind of crunchy, and it adds just a subtle cheese flavor. Yummy!
