Yahoo rejects Microsoft? what can you say bout this?

Well, all I can say is "good for them!". I wonder if Microsoft is going to take over the world one day!

I don't know if I want the two to get together as I'm leary of these big super companies. Whenever a company gets too big, they seem to lose touch with society and cause problems. But, the bigger they are, the harder they fall, too.

Yahoo not rejected Microsof's offer - They wanted Microsoft to increase the bid. Microsoft offered $31 per share and Yahoo wanted more.If microsoft offers more Yahoo will agree. If not in any immediate future, one day Microsoft will buy Yahoo.

I would love to see if microsoft buy Yahoo and do good things about it at least improving like Google. But they buy yahoo and do something like they did to netscape then no need. No point that way just leave Yahoo as it is

I am with those who do not like to see too much consolidation... I would rather that the merger not happen without a lot more consideration of its possible ethical and business consequences being looked at... and not just from the position of shareholders but from the position of the public good that must be considered.

I personally don't care as long as it doesn't involve me personally, if I get the same service then good, these guys makes billions we get nothing.

Hi,delgar. I don't like the merging for two gaints.I am worried about the monopoly that bring us consistent high price. I like competitive,that's why I appreciate Google compteting Microsoft now.

Hi Delgar! When I heard about this earlier, I was in favor of merging of yahoo and microsoft. But now I think this would make microsoft monopoly and due to lack of competitors there may be decline in the quality of free services.
