Do you think Oneal has been integrated into Sun's tactical system?

Marion and Oneal have different playing styles. Marion is an off-and-on guy. He can make or unmake a game with points. Shaquille is more of a center-rebounder and an intimidating force in the shaded area. That would either be for defense or offense, depending on his instructions and foul situation. Marion has never been really a factor in rebounding. He was just a go-to-guy when Amare was out.
Oneal did not change the Suns game style. It is just a matter of him adapting to the style of the Suns game. The game of the Suns should not, and must not, revolve around him.

o'neal knows his role with the suns. he is not the prime focus of offense but he will have his touches. amare remains the first option of this team. o'neal's job is to clog the lane and make it difficult for the opposing teams to score inside the paint. in previous years, the suns have been abused by bigger teams. this will change this play-offs. look for o'neal to grab the rebounds and dish out the passes to a streaking steve nash for an easy suns' basket.
