Can I suggest Barbie Dolls? I don't know why I want to suggest that but it seems to me that most girls love Barbie Dolls. I have no clue in buying presents for kids but I hope my suggestions won't be way off!

Most girls at that age are into their style of music. You could get her a cd of somethign or another. What about Mylee Cyrus, you know BIlly Ray Cyrus's daughter. She seems to be really popular among the young children. Or maybe a small set with bubble bath/body splash, stuff to make her feel special. I always get a small gift bag and go to town at Dollar tree.

I always purchase a gift card for these parties. Sometimes I'll glue the envelope to a candy bar or a big pack of gum. Kids have so much stuff nowadays, even if you know what they like, you could very likely duplicate what they already have. I truly just give up.

At this age both my girls loved experimenting with hairstyles and makeup and would spend hours painting each others nails or putting their hair up so maybe a selection of hair ribbons, bands and clips and a set of brushes or a makeup set, but depends whether the mother will allow makeup, failing that the good old faithful gift voucher. Oh and they used to spend hours drawing designing outfits so maybe a really good colouring set to do this with. Ellie :D

Well all girls little or big like jewelery. You could get a stuffed animal,coloring books and crayons,purse,ceramic doll,perfume,all depends on lenght of her hair maybe hair accessories. how about a nice sticker album that may be an idea, I dont really know what girls today would be interested in and I think our generation was different 30 something years ago.

I liked crosswordpuzzles at that time and the nicest gift one could give me then was a crosswordpuzzle magazine for kids they had just started to make them back then. Lovely memories.......

My granddaughter is nine....she is really into webkins and pokeman things.....I don't know if that helps or not! LOL

Hi RLFinNash! Oh, i hope I was not too late to help out in giving some ideas. haha..You can't go wrong with a kit of art supplies. You can get a plastic suitcase type thing with markers, pencil crayons, wax crayons, scissors and so forth in it, plus a big pad of paper. Or maybe, you can get her books that is assuming she loves to read. Just my thoughts my friend! Take care always and have a nice day! :)

I'd go with a Toy's r us gift card or a gift card from another toy store. You can't go wrong with that. This way she can go and buy exactly what she wants.
