Well if you lived near me I would take him for sure. I live in Pennsylvania. I hate when people have to give up ther beloved pets. I have taken many pets mostly dogs from people in the same situation as you. I keep them for a while and find them a great loving home. I have never had a problem with any of them. I really wish I could help you with this. Maybe put an add in the paper and see if someone calls about him. You could put up flyers as well at the vets office and around town. You never know someone might call and want him.

colina, why don't you try freecycle montreal, you can advertise that you are giving away your dog, and if somebody is interested they will contact you,

also if you can get free things from freecycle montreal as well,

also if you lived here in verdun we could babysit your dog and you wouldn't have to lose him.

I live close enough but unfortunately our building we cannot have dogs, even though all our neighbors in the other buildings do. We just got a new landlord and he would flip and kick me out:( if I had any dog especially a big one like that. I hope you find someone I would hate to see that dog go to the pound. I can relate to your present situation, I had to get rid of my pit bull when my girlfriend was pregnant with my son. Not that my dog was dangerous or anything, it was sweet and friendly, but it was a big dog and I was worried something might happen while she was pregnant, or I was really worriedd about when my son was born. I didn't take a chance, I had to give her up./cry

awwww this really makes me sad. I know u love your dog, and trust me cuz, you know if i had a big enough place and if my granma wasn't such a you-know-what, i'd take him for you.
