Safety of women employees.  | |  Women are working in the various call centres all over India and other countries. As a lot of international companies have outsourced their calls to these nations, a lot of employees to work nights or in night shifts. There have been cases where women employees are raped by their own cab drivers and security gaurds.
There have been accidents and two of my friends were fatally injured on the express way when their cab dashed against a stationary trailor as they were heading home after their shift ended at 1 in the night.
Do you think or feel it is safe for anyone for that matter.

 anuraa30 (768) | 2 years ago | I feel more worse for the sister and family of one of the friends. He was the sole bread earning member of the family and they came from a poor family. His family was in a village. The sister still thinks her brother is going to come back and ring the door bell, she will open the door to find him there. She has not accepted his death. So much was the force of the accident that they couldnt keep him in the morgue for two hours which was the time taken for parents to come. The company sent them plane tickets to come as they would not have afforded train tickets. I feel much worse for the guy. He was a genius and a decent soul. | |

There is a saying 'only the good die young' an this was obviously the case with your friend who was a decent soul. Not that I agree with the saying as I know some really good old people too but it is a saying. Ellie
